1 Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to jll99. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," or "your") and jll99 ("we," "us," or "our") covering your access to and use of the jll99 website and all associated services, including betting markets, games, payment processing, and customer support.
By registering an account with jll99 or using any part of the platform – even just browsing the site while logged in – you are confirming that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with registration or use of the jll99 platform.
These Terms apply alongside any additional rules or policies published on the jll99 website, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules that may be posted separately. In the event of a conflict, these Terms take precedence unless a specific policy explicitly states otherwise.
2 Eligibility
To register and maintain an active account with jll99, you must meet all of the following criteria:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. JLL99 strictly prohibits minors from accessing or using any part of the platform. Age verification may be required at any point during your membership.
- You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited at the time of placing a bet.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of jll99 or any of its affiliated entities.
- You must not have been previously excluded or banned from jll99, or from any platform operated by jll99's affiliates.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction.
JLL99 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Accounts found to have been registered by or on behalf of individuals who do not meet the eligibility criteria will be suspended immediately, and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.
3 Account Registration and Security
Each person is permitted to register only one account with jll99. Creating multiple accounts – whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods – is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. If any of your details change after registration (including your phone number or email address), you are responsible for updating them through your account settings or by contacting jll99 support.
- Your password is your responsibility. Choose a strong password and do not share it with anyone.
- JLL99 will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or live chat. Do not share it if asked.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact jll99 support immediately.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any bets placed or withdrawals initiated.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on jll99 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). JLL99 supports the following payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals:
- E-wallets: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph
- Bank transfers: BDO, BPI, UnionBank (via InstaPay and PESONet)
- Debit/Credit cards: Visa and Mastercard
Deposits are generally credited to your jll99 account within minutes for e-wallet transactions. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. JLL99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless an exception is approved by jll99 support. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are published on the Deposit and Withdrawal page and may change without prior notice. JLL99 reserves the right to request verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
Funds deposited into your jll99 account are held in trust for use on the platform. JLL99 does not pay interest on account balances. Dormant accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee, as detailed in the fee schedule on the platform.
5 Betting Rules and Market Settlement
By placing a bet on jll99, you confirm that you understand and accept the specific rules applicable to that bet type and market. General betting rules include:
- Bet confirmation: A bet is not confirmed until jll99 issues a bet reference number. Until that point, the platform reserves the right to decline or void the bet.
- Odds at time of placement: The odds displayed when you confirm your bet are the odds that apply to that bet, regardless of subsequent price movements.
- Void bets: If an event is cancelled, postponed beyond the settlement window, or if there is a clear technical error in the odds displayed, jll99 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes.
- Disputes: In the event of a dispute about bet settlement, jll99's decision is final after internal review. Where applicable, jll99 will refer to the official result declared by the governing body of the relevant sport or esports league.
- Maximum payout: JLL99 applies maximum payout limits per event and per account. These limits are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.

6 Bonuses and Promotions
JLL99 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and special event promotions. Each promotion comes with its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated when the promotion is published. The following general rules apply to all jll99 promotions:
- Bonuses are available to verified members only. JLL99 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus from any account that has not completed the required verification steps.
- Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
- Only one bonus may be active at a time per account, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
- Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means – including abuse of referral systems, creating multiple accounts, or colluding with other members – will be forfeited and the accounts involved will be suspended.
- JLL99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances require it.
7 Responsible Gaming
JLL99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all members. We believe that betting should be an enjoyable activity, not a source of financial stress or personal harm. As part of this commitment, jll99 offers the following tools to all members:
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your jll99 account.
- Session time reminders: Receive automatic notifications after extended gaming sessions.
- Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from jll99. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in or access your account.
- Reality checks: Periodic prompts showing how long you have been active in the current session and your net win/loss position.

8 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jll99 platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:
- Registering more than one account, or assisting others in circumventing account restrictions.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the jll99 platform in any way.
- Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the jll99 platform. Any suspected vulnerability must be reported to jll99 support immediately.
- Engaging in match-fixing, or placing bets with knowledge of improperly influenced outcomes.
- Using the jll99 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing jll99 staff or other members through any communication channel.
- Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
JLL99 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies in the Philippines and will provide information related to suspicious activities upon lawful request.
9 Intellectual Property
All content on the jll99 platform – including but not limited to logos, branding, graphic designs, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials – is the exclusive intellectual property of jll99 or its licensed partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the jll99 platform without prior written consent from jll99.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the jll99 platform for personal, non-commercial betting purposes only. This license does not grant ownership of any jll99 intellectual property.
10 Limitation of Liability
JLL99 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, jll99 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and cannot be held liable for any losses arising from:
- Service interruptions, server downtime, or technical failures beyond jll99's reasonable control.
- Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or network issues on the member's end.
- Unauthorized access to a member's account due to the member's failure to maintain password security.
- Losses arising from bets placed or actions taken by a member while using the jll99 platform.
In no event shall jll99's total liability to any member exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law.
11 Privacy and Data
JLL99 takes your privacy seriously. The collection, use, and storage of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering with jll99, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
JLL99 complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Members have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data in accordance with that law, subject to jll99's legal obligations to retain certain records.
12 Changes to These Terms
JLL99 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. For material changes, jll99 will notify registered members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the jll99 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure through jll99 support.
13 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and jll99. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be referred to the competent courts of the Philippines.
JLL99 operates in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations governing online gaming and betting. Members are responsible for ensuring that their use of the jll99 platform complies with all laws applicable to them in their place of residence.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
